Apprenticeship and Placement of employees
The goal of the work placement program is to create possibilities for leadership roles within organizations or to become entrepreneurs. Students begin as interns in the Japanese company. The students will work for the sponsoring company in Japan. They will begin by working at the operational level. They will gradually be given more responsibilities in administrative areas such as Human Resources or Marketing. Following that, they will work as Area Managers. Finally, deserving pupils will be given the opportunity to open their own corporate authorization.
Apprenticeship will lead you through each stage. About speaking, listening, reading, and writing. You will also discuss how to utilize it, when to use it, and why.
